FREE Musicians’ Health Care Clinic
The Midwest Music Foundation, along with the RockDocs, physicians from University of Kansas Medical Center, present a Free Musicians’ Health Care Clinic that will offer information, screenings, wellness programs, opportunities to discuss health conditions/concerns, and arrange follow up visits.
The Midwest Music Foundation is providing FREE COVID-19 tests to musicians and music industry personnel without access to affordable testing.
If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, have symptoms or need testing for a work opportunity, please fill out this form to request a test. Contact rhonda@midwestmusicfound.org with any questions.
Tests will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This clinic service is provided by Jackson County Outside Agency Funding.
MMF does not endorse or make any statements on the accuracy of these tests.
COVID-19 tests are also available at no cost nationwide at health centers and select pharmacies. Visit this site for locations in your area:
