STUFFED BUFFALO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?
Yes! Full Westport Flea Market food and drink menu available, right at your table or seat. This event has been specially staffed for our guests, so we request that you please order in the Buffalo Room from your tableside server. Thank you!
SHOULD I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Parental Rating: PG-13 The Buffalo Room is an all-ages venue; however, there will be adult language and adlibs. Not recommend for the baby bison!
WHAT IS STAGGERED SEATING AND WHY DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE A SEATING TIME?
Our readings often sell out. We are catered by a kitchen and bar who also have a full restaurant of patrons to serve as well. If we allowed 100 Stuffed Buffalo fans to create a food and drink stampede at showtime, the whole building would grind to a halt (our longtime fans know what we’re talking about!). We’ve created staggered seating to assist the servers, the kitchen, and the bar in order to provide a pleasant experience to all our guests.
HOW DOES STAGGERED SEATING WORK?
We ask that you consider reserving tickets in advance and select a seating time to help stagger guest arrival. This also ensures you are guaranteed a seat!
6:30 Table Seating
(6:30 ticket holders have right of first refusal on table seating)
7:00 Table Seating
(7:00 ticket holders have right of first refusal on best available remaining table seating)
7:30: GA Theatre Seating
(7:30 ticket holders have right of first refusal on remaining tables or best available GA theatre seating; table seating NOT guaranteed)
General Admission walk-ups are welcome to remaining tables, after which GA theatre seating applies. If a performance is sold out and all advance tickets have been honored or released, a waiting list will be observed. We reserve the right to determine times of ticket release.
Please be PUNCTUAL for your seating time (or just A FEW MINUTES EARLY). If you are late for your selected seating time and there are patrons on the waiting list, you waive your right of first refusal on best available seating and YOUR RESERVATIONS MAY BE RELEASED to Waitlisted patrons.
BUT! PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 6:30 OR BEFORE YOUR SEATING TIME. As you know, we put these shows together in a ridiculously short amount of time, so we’ll be working right up until doors open and we want to keep your stay in the lobby as short as possible. Thank you!
The Buffalo Room is ADA accessible via the east entrance of the Westport Flea Market. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or the venue at email@example.com if staff assistance is desired.
The entrance to the Buffalo Room is located off the south parking lot of the Westport Flea Market. We share the parking lot with the restaurant and hotel, so in the event that it is full, there is street parking available nearby as well as the spacious Old Westport parking lot one block away on the northwest corner of Westport Road and Southwest Trafficway. Please help us be conscientious neighbors by avoiding parking directly in front of any neighboring businesses if at all possible.
